15 METERS WIDE AND 4 METERS TALL WALL FOR WALLBALL

Wall ball is the single best lacrosse drill ever created, and it is the easiest way for any lacrosse player to improve rapidly. Most professional lacrosse players do wallball every day to keep their lacrosse stick skills sharp.

For continuity and making sure kids can improve even in the absence of coaches, we working on constructing a 15 meters wide and 4 meters tall wall on the bukaya community field.

FARMING TO THRIVE

Kids Lacrosse Africa has always looked to develop the whole child – emotionally, physically, and socially. One of our dreams has been to establish and run a farm – a farm that our participants will use to learn crucial skills – responsibility, safety, problem-solving, hard work, and a greater appreciation for food and the environment.
Once sports careers come to a close, we want our players to have the right life skills to follow them through to adulthood.
The Farm would provides children with experience in a variety of areas:
  • Building rabbit hutches
  • Maintaining rabbit hutches and feeding rabbits
  • Breeding and caring for bunnies
  • Feeding goats and cleaning loafing house
  • Cultivating crops – vegetables, maize, beans.
Your Donations help support current and future needs:
  • Construct a hutch
  • Construct a loafing shade
  • 40 rabbits
  • 5 goats
  • Seeds for cultivation
After time on the Farm, kids will get to take home a pair of bunnies or kids, as well as seeds, enabling them to start a farm of their own at home. They will be able to practice more, and extend their knowledge to their communities.
